May 28th...Backyard Adventures

Spinach, Lettuce, Brocolli, and Onions had
a HUGE growth spurt this week.

I've never use Miracle-Gro before...it'll be
interesting to see if there's a noticeable difference.

Also planted two more tomato plants
that our neighbors gave us.

Strawberries and two flowers that the kids
started in pots inside the hosue.

Hills of potatoes.

These are the onions that I planted a week ago.
Bronco always wants to water the garden...

...and the slide.

I saw this little guy in the backyard about about five feet
away from the back door.  I quickly grabbed my Ruger .22 and
made dinner out of him.  Mmmmm.
Bayli took these pictures.  She and Bronco thought it was sooo cool!

Tastes like chicken.  (Am I a redneck or what?!?!)

This Dove was cooing all morning long from our rooftop...he may be next. ;)

A view from Bayli and Bronco's second story window...ignore that
stupid "art" structure in the neighbor's backyard.

  1. Talk about a "Chip Off the Ole Block"...man thats an awesome garden. It's so awesome how much care and work you put into it. Anyone can mow a lawn, plant a garden, and plant flowers to clean up their yard but it takes someone realy special to MANACURE a garden/yard. Love, big daddy
